Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
Our Service is provided on a subscription basis, available as either a monthly or yearly plan. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the following terms regarding billing, cancellations, and refunds:

Subscription Plans: We offer both monthly and yearly subscription plans. The fees for these plans are displayed at the time of subscription. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the subscription fee for the period selected.

Free Trial Period
We offer a 30-day free trial for new users to experience our Service. During the trial period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and the payment method you provided will be charged according to the selected plan.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or yearly). After that, you will not be charged again.
No Refunds: Payments for subscriptions, whether monthly or yearly, are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any portion of the subscription fee for the current billing period. However, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
Changes to Subscription Fees
We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. Any changes to fees will be effective upon the next billing cycle. We will provide notice of any fee changes through the Service or by email. If you do not agree to the fee changes, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action will at all times be limited to the lesser of the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to the cause of action arising or $50.00 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or implied warranties, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, or the use of the Service, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You further agree to waive any right to a jury trial.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, shall survive.
